Hello World!

I can't believe that it has been a month since my last update. Before anything else I'd like to say THANK YOU for stopping by every so often. I have been out of blogging mode lately. There are three major reasons behind this: 1) my toddler requires my attention almost ALL the time during the day 2) when she does go get her 1 hour nap I have to do housewifey things, and 3) when I get a little break I end up either getting a little bit of exercise or laying on the couch watching TV! I also rarely go out because when I do, my eyes always (ALWAYS) finds something I don't really need. There really is no where else to go with this heat except to the mall ! So most of my shopping are in grocery stores! And yes I dress like this! :) I gotta wear 'em clothes and shoes!

Anyway, this whole outfit is from H&M. Next to Zara, I love that store! Good thing the closest one is 4 hours away! I DON'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE (a reminder to myself)! I have been trying, for a week now, to purge my closet. But for some reason I just can't get it done. I just sit there and can't seem to let go of anything! Sigh! I know I haven't worn some of them for more than a year. I really need to push myself to accomplish this!

My favorite accessories lately is this charm bracelet and necklace from Tiffany's... I had my name engraved on the heart charm to make it a little bit more personal. I just have one more charm on my wish list and the bracelet is complete!

Feeling blue and lazy

No excuses here... I have just been really lazy lately! I think our trip on the other side of the world burned me out. Two and a half weeks with an 18 month old was too definitely too short to just relax. Plus, it has been over 100 degrees here everyday and because of that I have been going out once a week. I have to force myself to go out before I lose touch of the outside world. :)

I am slowly snapping out of it so please bare with me :) I bought this dress at a store called Lara's in Torrance, CA the day before we flew back home. Not sure if that store is local there, I've never seen it anywhere else. I paired it with the Coach wedges that I got during the Nordstrom half year sale and a couple of bangles from Forever 21 and an orange bead bangle I got in Singapore back in 2006. The earrings are from a long time ago bought in a flea market.

So I am not really feeling blue... just lazy... but I have been obsessing over charm bracelets lately. So, thanks to hubby, I got me one of those that come in a blue box. My first Tiffany. :) Now I need three charms to go on there. What gift-worthy occasions are coming up... hmmm... birthday is not till next year... Valentines is just right after the birthday... I guess Christmas is the closest one.
